A unique opportunity to rent a beautifully renovated, Victorian on W Main street in downtown Franklin. The "Rhodes-House" home is on the National Register of Historic Places and 2 blocks from all of the attractions! Stroll to all the charm!

This home is ideal for a romantic escape, in-town vacation, weekend with friends, wedding party or vacation for the whole family. Our home has also been utilized for photo and video shoots, so let your imagination run wild! If you are a fan of Brownland Farm, we are also conveniently located within a couple of miles. Our home is also on every major parade route, so be sure and check into Franklin festivals and parades.

A very nice place that definitely fits the historical neighborhood. We didn’t stay long but the house was in great shape and we were given clear instructions on what we needed, what to do, etc. Love the area and would absolutely come back!

As reviews say, the location is perfect for access to downtown. Our elderly parents were even able to take in the festivities for the downtown celebration on foot from the house!I can't say enough about our host. He was beyond exceptional! The "new" coffee maker didn't work, and within minutes of me asking if we were dong something wrong, he had Starbucks delivered and a new coffee machine delivered right behind that!The house itself is beautiful with it's historic charm and still providing modern updates. I could go on and on about the details of the home from decorations to a perfect comfort providing glass porch for morning coffee and checking emails.The ONLY small negative we had was the house is located on a busy Main St at a 4 way stop. As I said their was one of the busiest celebration of the year going on downtown, so traffic was high. It wasn't quiet. But as a light sleeper, it wasn't so bad that I couldn't sleep well in the comfortable beds!I would ABSOLUTELY stay there again and HIGHLY recommend it!

Old friends had a delightful visit however on VRBO pictures of house were probably taken 20 years ago.
