A unique opportunity to rent a beautifully renovated, Victorian on W Main street in downtown Franklin. The "Rhodes-House" home is on the National Register of Historic Places and 2 blocks from all of the attractions! Stroll to all the charm!

Our home has also been utilized for photo and video shoots, so let your imagination run wild! If you are a fan of Brownland Farm, we are also conveniently located within a couple of miles. This is a spectacular property. Unfortunately for me, its location was so far away from the award show and the highway traffic at night in the rain, was a no stay for me. I opted to get a room closer to the grand old Opry, and forfeit my fee for two nights. While that may sound absurd, I am older and the highway driving at night horrified me. I left for my own driving safety. But, this was a personal choice. My sister had decided not to come and I was alone. it has nothing to do with the beautiful property. I do wish the cleanup fee would be refunded as I only went in for a minute and left. I will inquire about it. PS. My Bluegrass Band friends won BIG!

The location of the house was perfect. It had enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate 5 adults. Very nice property. Clean with everything we could want.

Old friends had a delightful visit however on VRBO pictures of house were probably taken 20 years ago.
