Location - cleanliness - high quality fixtures and fittings - generous toiletries.
No welcome pack - only 2 outside chairs - only 4 dining chairs - only 2 wine glasses - master bed very creaky - no mirror in 2nd bedroom - 10am check-out earlier than the norm, and not mentioned until booked.

The convenience of location. 8 minute walk to The Factory. AC worked fine. Wifi was good.
The kitchen drain smelled horrible. Creaking floors. House smelled old. The shower liner had mold. No privacy blinds or film on front door or kitchen window near stove. Blinds were dirty. King bed creaky. Baseboards and caulking in the bathroom had dark spots. Washer was extremely small. Had to separate average sized load into two cycles. The bathroom ceiling light was missing fixture. Walls were a bit thin, and you could hear conversations next door.
