About this house rental
Amazing location!!! Downtown Franklin, Tennessee and just ONE block from Main Street. The house is within walking distance to the Franklin Theatre, Public Square, downtown shopping district, lots of restaurants, etc. This historic 1930s home is has been fully renovated and expanded to create a three-bedroom, two-full bath retreat in historic Franklin. Locally owned an operated by Franklin natives!

We loved our home in historic Franklin! It was our first time visiting the greater Nashville area and we had a wonderful time. The town of Franklin itself is full of history, wonderful shops and restaurants and we loved exploring everything.The house was perfect for our group of 5 adults. Lovely details, comfortable beds and furniture.We are owners of a vacation rental property ourselves in North Carolina and we know how much work it is to be in the hospitality field. We loved this VRBO and would love to return.

We spent a picture perfect long weekend in this cottage. The furnishings are tasteful and oh so comfortable. The bathroom renovations have excellent walk in showers and were spotless. Loved the surrounding trees. Beds were comfortable with good quality linens. This cottage is in the heart of a lovely section of Franklin and we could walk to restaurants. Excellent location for strolling in the afternoons. Four of our granddaughters live nearby and came for sleepovers, The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed eating take out on the outside patio. Every detail met our expectations. Internet service was excellent and television easily connected to our Apple TV. We would love to return.
