Dirty house. Terrible construction noise from property next door.

The pool is really nice and clean, but due to the continuous terrible construction noise, we could not use it.

The house was dirty. There were cigaret holders with old cigarets in. The floors and bathrooms were dirty and especially the kitchen sink. The kitchen is very poorly fitted with not enough cutlery and crockery for 5 people. The knife is so blunt, it cannot cut a bread or even cheese. The construction opposite the house is really bad. Its a jackhammer that never stops. It entirely ruined our stay here!! We did make contact with the house manager but he simply said he is not the owner and that I should leave a message on Booking.com. I did, but have heard nothing to date.

The only good thing about this villa is it has 3 bed rooms and 2 bathrooms

The villa is located in a very secluded and not easy to access, very deep inside a narrow alley, to reach it, you have to walk down a long staircase. At night, the stairs are very dark and not well-lit, which can be dangerous. Unfortunately, my mother slipped and fell while going down the stairs at night. We were quite shocked by how unsafe it felt. Also the host never contact us and show us how to do self check in until we couldn’t find the villa and contacted him. When we told him our mother slipped he just didn’t response . At night we realise the door couldn’t lock, we all spending 1-2 hours trying to lock that door. If you travel with old people or big luggage please consider

Lovely, large villa in residential area with huge pool. Great house host

The Villa is beautiful and pool fantastic, clean and large size. Villa has huge bedrooms and bathrooms. Villa in a quiet residential area. The host house was very helpful and polite. Lovely staff. Villa kept very clean. Water Cooler..Good Aircon. 8 Restaurants nearby for breakfast and meals. Grab a taxi easily into main ubud area. Good location to explore sights and attractions (Temples, Monkey forest, markets, rice terraces, waterfalls Palace etc). A safe place to stay. Inexpensive accommodation. Would reccomend.

Downside was that one upstairs bedroom you walked through to get to another bedroom. Ok for families but not appropriate for friends to go through your room. It does state shared bathroom on the description. Also dark steep steps down to villa with no handrail so not good coming home in night when it's dark or for people with walking difficulties.

We loved our stay at the house, despite a few small issues. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived. The bedrooms

The house was clean and tidy when we arrived. The bedrooms were spacious and had air conditioners in each room, which was great. The swimming pool and the entire property were very well maintained. We especially loved the peaceful jungle view from the balcony — it was so serene. We visited during a festive time and really enjoyed seeing the owners perform rituals. It was a lovely and special experience. The house is close to Ubud town centre. While it’s a little far to walk comfortably, it is still walkable if you don’t mind a bit of stroll.

A few suggestions for improvement: 1. It would be good to check that all amenities are working properly, especially the air conditioners, as Bali can get very hot. (A couple of air conditioners weren’t working at first, but the manager and host responded quickly and fixed them, which we appreciated.) 2. It would also be helpful to have a bit more cutlery and a few hand towels in the kitchen. One thing to note (although it can’t really be changed): You have to walk about 100 metres down a narrow path from the road to the house, which can feel a bit sketchy. Carrying luggage in and out is a bit difficult, and if you have a car, you’ll need to find parking farther away.

La villa era davvero bellissima, immersa nella natura, abbiamo chiesto la preparazione della piscina con i petali ed è stato bellissimo, ha reso la nostra esperienza a Bali ancora più entusiasmante.

Bene ma non benissimo

Bella villa molto spaziosa, staff molto gentile e disponibile, anche a concordare l’orario per le pulizie. Molto cordiali e disponibili anche a venirci incontro per la chiusura della porta, che inizialmente era difettosa.

Soggiorno purtroppo deludente. La struttura presenta gravi problemi di manutenzione e privacy. Gli infissi sono vecchi e poco isolanti: la finestra del bagno al piano superiore restava sempre aperta, e la porta principale non si chiudeva bene, lasciando spiragli da cui entravano insetti. La privacy è praticamente inesistente: più volte persone estranee sono passate attraverso il nostro cortile, proprio davanti a una stanza da letto, per accedere a un tempio situato all’interno del giardino con piscina, lasciando offerte. Inoltre, i vicini si sono lamentati ripetutamente del rumore anche in orari assolutamente normali, creando un clima sgradevole. Un vero peccato, perché la villa avrebbe potenziale, ma la gestione e le condizioni attuali non la rendono un’esperienza confortevole né rilassante.

La villa et sa piscine sont très jolies. La villa est au calme sans vis à vis. Le personnel de ménage attentionné. Les procédures d’arrivée et départ très simples.

La villa est à plus de 30 minutes du centre de Ubud et il y a peu de commerces dans la rue permettant de faire ses courses pour préparer ses repas. Il y a toutefois quelques restaurants dans la rue permettant de manager de façon très abordable. Manque une cafetière

Bellissima villa. Al centro della natura, a pochi minuti dal centro di Ubud, abbiamo fatto preparare la piscina con una scritta di petali ed è stato bellissimo, Nyoman era super disponibile e faceva le pulizie tutti i giorni

Lo mejor: - La ubicación: muy cerca del centro en moto, pero en zona tranquila y con muchos restaurantes y tiendas alrededor. - La piscina: más grande de lo que esperábamos.

Lo peor: - La villa de 3 habitaciones no tiene 3 habitaciones. Son 2 habitaciones y una cama más puesta en un descansillo / acceso a una de las habitaciones. Con lo que las personas que duermen ahí no tienen intimidad. - No hay suficientes tumbonas ni menaje de cocina para 6 personas.

Классная вилла , очень все понравилось внутри, единственное не работал свет над парадной дверью

Парковка ни куда не годиться, супер неудобно И еще не указано , что нельзя проводить вечеринки, указано что только не курить, это вводит в заблуждение так как у меня был день рождение и соблюдать просили тишину с 9 вечера , нас засняли соседи и угрожали главным общины и полицией .
