The updated kitchen, living area, sitting area, and dining area are located on the first level of 10 Surf Lane, and each feature oceanfront views. The master bedroom is also located on the first level. It is highlighted by direct access to the oceanfront deck, has a private updated bath, and a king bed. A queen bed is featured in the guest bedroom located on the first level. It also has a private bath. The second level features two guest bedrooms that share a Jack and Jill bathroom. One of the two bedrooms features a queen bed with the second featuring two queen beds. Each bedroom is highlighted by new mattresses and bedding. Finally, the expansive deck that borders the living area offers the perfect oasis after spending a day on the beach, which is only steps away. If the entire family would like to eat outdoors, 10 Surf Lane has two large wooden picnic tables just below the expansive deck.
