Staff very welcoming and responsive in all departments Building and amenities new and very clean Food and beverages very good Outdoor terrace Security oof property excellent

No complaints with staff or property, but was disappointed that community surrounding did not appear to be safe for independent walking/exploring

The property is modern and in à central position in Nairobi opposite à large shopping centre. The staff are extremely friendly and there is a varied breakfast on offer. We stayed there twice once for three nights in a junior accessible suite and then for two nights and they upgraded us to a an accessible suite. Both rooms were amazing. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Both rooms were amazing though they both seemed to have issues with smells coming from the plumbing. Also limited sun beds around the infinity pool

Lovely hotel location and such lovely staff. Shout out to Stella in the restaurant such a lovely person made me feel really welcome.

I had a junior suite 909 wifi in the living room was terrible the television did not work so I had no choice but to stay in the bedroom that said that tv was constantly loading and in maintenance mode not sure why, just wish it was easy to access as I was tired and just wanted to relax for the few days I was there. Also fell ill after eating my dinner the night before I checked out so could not eat breakfast the next morning and throughout the day as I didn’t want to have an accident. I felt the hotel could have issued a refund but they did not, In general their food was lovely but this meal caused vomiting and diarrhoea
