Spotless Cleanliness: As someone who is very particular about cleanliness, the property was exceptionally well-kept. When the scheduled alternate-day cleanings happened, the space was genuinely squeaky clean. Helpful Concierge: For the most part, the front desk team was pleasant, approachable, and ready to assist whenever questions or issues arose. Outstanding Security: Easily the highlight of my stay. The security team went above and beyond to make sure my friend and I felt completely safe, especially when leaving or returning late at night. Prime Location & Accessibility: The location in Westlands is unbeatable. It is just a quick walk to Sarit Centre and other malls making grocery runs, shopping, and accessing the best restaurants, cafes, and nightlife in the area incredibly convenient.

As a Kenyan living in the US who regularly stays in Westlands and occasionally kilimani during summer and December visits, I expected much better value for money during our 13-night stay. While this is easily one of the cleanest properties I have stayed in, the service and management coordination fell far short. - Inconsistent Housekeeping: Outside of day one, our beds were rarely made and towels/sheets were not changed without repeatedly calling the front desk. When you pay for full service, you shouldn’t have to chase staff for the basics after a long day out. - Breakfast Billing Issue: Our booking for four adults included breakfast, yet their restaurant partner, Slate, repeatedly charged us for extra guests due to poor communication between them and Skynest. Despite providing screenshot proof two days before checkout, neither side took accountability. They simply played the blame game, promised follow-ups, and never issued the refund. - Tight Living Space: The 2-bedroom, 2-bath layout is quite cramped for four adults. A clean property cannot make up for poor customer care and time wasted resolving staff mistakes.

Very clean and friendly staff, easy access to Malls

1. The night music made us not sleep early till around 02/3am when it stopped, this is a huge destruction, I wish the night club across can be considerate and invest in sound proof. 2. The onsite grocery store if it can be 24/7, it is well stocked but not that stocked I.e basic items like rice, beef etc could be good to have. 3. Atleast have rackets for squash 😂

It gets very noisy at night, with several clubs and nightlife spots nearby. While that could be a plus, the rooms aren’t properly soundproofed, and the entire apartment shakes with the bass from whichever venue is loudest.
