Noisy young guests, maybe the under 30 , coukd be placed on 2 floors

The hotel is updated and quite modern with beautiful finishes. The restaurant is actually quite good. They are attentive to guests and their needs and requests. Most of the staff were good, welcoming and warm. The ambiance of the hotel is quite good. Breakfast is okay, they serve some traditional Kenyan breakfast as well which I found great.

I am writing this to just help this establishment become better: 1. They need to SOUND PROOF the rooms. Out of the 4 days I slept there I was able to have good sleep one night. The noise doesn’t even come from outside but it comes from inside the hotel in the atrium and restaurant and hallways. Sometimes doors were banging and being slammed by the workers. So if you’re a light sleeper or value your sleep you’re gonna struggle for sure. I don’t know how they missed that since there’s an atrium the sound echoes would travel through the rooms. They need to fix this please. 2. A little more cleaning and checking blind spots would be good because the hotel is beautiful and I think it needs better cleaning. 3. The elevator issue needs to be carefully considered. They should have two elevators because it gets quite busy and sometimes the elevation doesn’t work.

Large comfortable room with a personalised theme to celebrate birthday. Rooftop pool and bar were great. Food and drink reasonably priced.

Kitchen amenities (cups and plates etc) were only for one person however this is a minor detail.

Location was fantastic walking distance to shopping and restaurants Clean hotel Good in house restaurant and bar area Rooftop pool was a nice touch
