A nice hotel in the center of the city, close to 2 shopping malls, just in walking distance. Perfect for business traveler. Breakfast is acceptable by African standard. The Wi-Fi is very good. Hot water is very good. A/C is very good. The in-house restaurant is good.
The hotel is a little tired, but for the price and the location in the city, this is not an issue. Also, for Africa the hotel is holding a descent standard

The staff were amazing and really tried their best.
There was no hot water the whole time
The first room we got was dirty - noisy from construction and bathroom very outdated and no hot water. We got upgraded- Gillian at reception was awesome but there was no hot water. Also the tvs are very limited channels and its not smart
