Sometime Internet is bad. Restaurent kitchen closes at 11PM You have to come to reception to pick food order ( if used delivery apps)

I had an absolutely outstanding stay at The Zehneria Hotel, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the very first moment, I was welcomed with genuine kindness, professionalism, and warmth. The hotel itself is excellent: the facilities are well maintained, the rooms are spotless, the cleanliness is impeccable, and every service provided exceeded my expectations. What truly makes this hotel special, however, is its incredible team. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable. A special thank you to Peter, Eliud, and Tom at Reception, who were always welcoming, helpful, and ready to assist with anything I needed. Their friendliness and professionalism made me feel at home throughout my stay. I would also like to thank Dennis and Steve from the Restaurant team for their outstanding service, attention to detail, and constant positive attitude. Every interaction with them was a pleasure. A heartfelt thank you as well to Edward from Housekeeping, whose excellent work ensured that everything was always perfectly clean and comfortable. Finally, my sincere appreciation goes to David Mwaniki, General Manager of The Zehneria Hotel. The exceptional quality of service throughout the hotel clearly reflects strong leadership and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. As a visitor from Spain, staying in Nairobi for a university job-shadowing program, I truly felt welcomed and cared for during my entire stay. The staff were always available to provide information, help whenever needed, and make sure that every guest felt valued. Thank you all for making my time in Nairobi so special. The staff responsiveness whenever there were issues

One day, I needed my room refreshed and put a note on the door, but someone didn’t see it. I returned to an unrefreshed room, but the team acted quickly and cleaned it. The breakfast is quite greasy; they like cutting sausages into 3 pieces and deep-frying them, which makes them soak in lots of oil. Provide more healthy options.
