The staff are so kind and helpful, very welcoming.
It is a clean and well located hotel which has all the required facilities including, tours and safaris desk.
Breakfast is good with open views to Westlands.
We stayed here a few days ago and came back because it felt safe and a good location to do activities in Nairobi.
We could leave the luge at the hotel til the evening and staff were so attentive to our needs. Highly recommended.
There was some building work going on the vicinity of the hotel but that is not the hotel fault and goes on in every big city. Good value for money.

The location is certainly excellent, in Westlands. The bed was also rather comfortable, i slept wuite well (bu that could also have been the result of a long flight...).
This hotel needs a major overhaul. It's old and not well maintained. Wherever you look, you can't avoid noticing the need for repairs and maintenance. The pictures promised more than reality could deliver. It was just ok for one night, but it was certainly not a hotel you would be looking forward to. Breakfast was ok, you could see they really tried.
