This property is simply perfect!The location is excellent, close to all amenities (supermarkets, shops and the Expressway). The apartment is spotless, beautifully furnished and has a lovely ambience. The facilities are top-notch and very well maintained. Having a washing machine was so convenient and finding a fresh pack of milk in the fridge on arrival was such a thoughtful touch. The kitchen had everything needed to make meals, the living area was cosy with books to read, and the bedrooms were spacious enough to rest and also set up laptops and work comfortably. The housekeeping staff were polite and efficient. I travel quite often, and this is genuinely one of the best properties I’ve stayed in for years. Thank you for such a wonderful and comfortable stay!

The Security Guards were our only in-person contact. They were all friendly and easy to work with. The Complex was lovely, well taken care of, and secure.

It was unclear that we were renting an apartment in a gated complex. It would have been nice to have that explained a little more. Communication with the staff was through the Booking.app (which often did not work for me) or WhatsApp and often got mixed messages. It would have been nice to have onsite staff at some point.

Location, security and water pressure in showers

Cleaning standard was poor - floors were dirty and some bins were not emptied from previous occupants. Had to request ironing board and toaster. Not enough towels for guests on arrival, had to insist on delivery for same day.
