There is nothing not to like about the apartment. Everything was 100%

The location is perfect for all planning purposes.

The staff were very friendly, but unfortunately not reliable when it came to providing basic necessities. For example, there were three of us staying in the apartment, but we were only given one access card. We requested an additional card upon arrival, yet despite following up during our three-night stay, we never received it.

It was lovely, spacious and comfortable

The previous guests left the safe locked so we were unable to use it

The bedrooms are very spacious and very comfortable beds and bedding. The showers are really nice. The location is walking distance to many restaurants and there is tight security. Beautiful night time views and a great washer and dryer.

The apartment has potential to be great but corners have been cut which make the stay uncomfortable such as low quality and uncomfortable furniture in the dining area, the wifi did not work in the apartment, they did not provide clean towels more than once and the towels were very minimal. Cleaning services were terrible, there was a sewage smell coming from the bathrooms and there was an insect problem, including cockroaches. They only provide one key which makes it very challenging if you are in a group that will not be together at all times.
