Convenient location, spacious and comfortable. Good value for money.
Whilst comfortable and clean, the property is in need of some repair and upgrading, particularly the kitchen - some of the drawers were falling apart. Likewise, with outdoor furniture. Whilst well appointed in some respects e.g. very good washer/dryer; coffee machine, some basics were missing e.g. bedside lamps, somewhere to hang wet towels in master bathroom; tin opener; drying rack for laundry. The owner did arrange for a kettle to be delivered once I flagged this but overall levels of responsiveness were variable.

I loved the house it was in a good location
The fact that I couldn't work the A/C unit it was extremely Hot and uncomfortable our entire stay
