Welcome to your dog-friendly theme park retreat! This home has an extra-large fenced in yard, making it the perfect stay for families who want to bring their four-legged friends. Relax in the pool and spa (heat included) while your pups run around in the fenced yard. The neighborhood has plenty of sidewalks, making it easy to walk your furry friends.
This house is just 3 miles from Disney's closest theme park and about 16 miles from Universal Studios Theme Park. Explore Universal's new park, Universal Epic Universe.
We welcome well behaved dogs of all sizes and are flexible with the number of dogs, with prior approval.
The home is fully equipped with a kitchen, laundry room, Smart TVs, ping pong table and pool table. The covered Lanai by the pool is complete with patio furniture and a safety screen for your small children's safety.
The back yard includes a 6-foot-high privacy fence (completely fenced in). Plenty of running room for the kids and dogs.
The fully equipped kitchen is complete with a microwave, dishwasher. coffee maker, and dish/cookware. Dishwasher detergent is included. There are great sightlines of the pool and backyard from the kitchen, as well as living room and dining areas!
Each bedroom is equipped with smart TVs. All bedrooms have been updated with new beds and mattresses and have ceiling fans with overhead lighting. The two King bedrooms each have their own full bath. The queen and full bedrooms share a full bath. The laundry room is fully equipped with iron, ironing board, and small bottle of laundry detergent provided.
There are multiple great restaurants, Walmart, and a Publix grocery store close by. WIFI, pool towels, bath towels, sheets/bedding is all provided.

Great house! Clean and a fabulous yard for our pup! Great neighborhood to walk him with trails around the water and a park right across the street! Very spacious with great beds and comfy couches!

Plenty of space in this home. Nice neighborhood. Plenty of sidewalks and park area. Conveniently located to fun and food. Lots of food! But the best part was the pool/hot tub. We spent plenty of time in there after walking... a lot. Would definitely come back.
