Pool pump turned on at midnight lol never came on in the evening last night when we was swimming I think the timer was off

We paid extra to heat pool n hot tub, but it was warm tub n pool very cold no heat so should get payment of heat back n pool lights didn’t work!Outlets in master bathroom didn’t work, blinds where broken.
