3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway to not block the sidewalk.
No motorcycle parking is allowed at this resort.

needs some touch up , very comfortable. we weren't happy the development doesn't have recycling for garbage. heat for pool was a little expensive

My husband, pup and I just arrived back home after a week long stay at this vacation house. We enjoyed our stay a great deal. The house was nice & comfortable/no real complaints overall. Kitchen was.fully equiped with basic kitchen needs (dishes, pots, etc..but you need to buy your own dish detergent/Windex for glass table, & coffee filters not supplied.) Not a problem. Kitchen appliances could be updated as they look like they've been there since the 90's. 16 white bath towels/wash cloths were supplied for use in both the bathroom or for use by the pool. We used the washer/dryer daily & that was great. We were pleasantly surprised that the tv's offered Direct TV channels along with Netflix. The pool was great...and we spent most of our days swimming & sunbathing. as we had the pup.....but the hot tub needs to go. It takes up too much space & It looks very unappealing/uninviting. The owner should really consider removing it or at least change the very torn up hot tub cover. If the hot tub was removed...two people could lay by the pool side by side on the loungers...but as it is now only one person can lay by the pool & the other lounger is outside the child proof protective netted fence which is a pain. We truly did enjoy our stay though...don't want to give the wrong impression. The house became home to us for a week.
The gated community made us feel very safe...my husband used the community gym daily. 2.1 miles from Walmart. Lots of restaurants nearby.
Not far from Disney & the parks.
Mgmt Office Dmitry/Lou were "Very Responsive & Very Pleasant" We called them two or three times when we had a question about something & they called us back within minutes with answers. I needed an iron / a pot and they sent someone over right away. Truthfully we enjoyed our stay & we would book this house again if it's available next year. I would definitely recommend this house to others.

Property is exactly as described! Having a private pool and hot tub outback was amazing. We’d go to the big pool then go out and do things and coming back to wind down while letting the kids swim outback was great. The pool door alarm was also a big stress reliever. Plenty of room for us and we were two families staying in and never felt clustered.

In general, all provisions were of poor quality (ie towels) and all mattresses need to be replaced.
