Guests have free parking on the premises which makes it very easy to get around the area. Please note, when parking in the driveway be sure to pull all the way in and not block the sidewalk. Cars that block the sidewalk are subject to getting towed and we cannot be held responsible. The home is about 30 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and is located within the Windsor Palms Resort community. - Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered.

- Washcloths are not provided. We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way.

- Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families.
- No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds.
- We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture.
Pets
- This is a pet-friendly home. Pets are welcome with prior approval and a fee of $290 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets ($580 total). Dogs must be kept on a leash within community grounds.
Booking Requirements
- Lead guest must be 21 or older.
- A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation
- Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay.
- Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.)

We had the most amazing stay at this home, which exceeded our expectations.
The home was exactly as advertised with so much space, easy check in and great location! The lovely residence gave us so much to do and the hosts had great communication despite the time differences.
Would definitely recommend this home as it made our stay enjoyable AND AFFORDABLE!

Very nice clean house convenient to Disney. Only thing keeping it from a 5 is the pool does need to be repainted. However it did not keep us from using it daily.

The location was perfect in a beautiful gated community.The contact with the host was excellent and easy to work with. The house was a nice size but had many things needing repair or upgraded. Additional living room furniture, better mattresses and bedding, bedroom ceiling fan are a few. The pool area is in poor condition and needs to be redone. It would have been nice to have had a couple of patio lounges that layed flat.
A great location close to restaurants and shopping but in need of some work.
