POOL INFORMATION & RULES

☆ Pool can be heated upon request for $40.00 a day with at least 48-hour notice before check in.
☆ Pool heater operates by heat exchange and may not be effective in adverse weather conditions. Refunds are not provided for underperformance due to weather

☆ Do not touch or climb on the lanai and its decor.
☆ No glassware in pool & patio area
☆ No running, climbing, and diving.

ANIMALS

☆ Guests must disclose at time of booking any animals that will be on property, to include pets, emotional support animals, and service animals
☆ Pets and emotional support animals are allowed subject to host approval with a $150 fee per animal
☆ All animals must be leashed at all times while outdoors
☆ Animal waste must be properly disposed of. Failure to properly dispose of animal waste will result in an additional $150 cleaning fee
☆ Guest is responsible for all damage and injuries caused by animal
☆ Failure to disclose animals will result in a $250 fee per animal and potential forfeit of stay with no refund

BBQ GRILL

☆ The propane BBQ grill will be clean and available for your convenience. Grill must remain in designated cooking space away from the home and the lanai. Propane must be turned off after use, and the grill must be cleaned.

☆ Mid stay cleanings can be arranged for an additional fee

☆ For everyone's safety and compliance with Florida law, parties, events, or any type of live performances are strictly prohibited. Any activity that may violate Florida law is not allowed on the property under any circumstance. Guests that violate the rules will be asked to leave immediately and will not be refunded.

☆ No RVs, campers, or trailers allowed to be parked in the neighborhood

☆ No smoking tobacco or vapes on the property. Violation of this rule will result in a $250.00 charge
