* There is an additional optional charge of $30 per day plus tax to heat the pool/spa.
* The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.

Resort Parking Rules:
The resort allows a maximum of 3 cars.
Please pick up parking rules at guard gate. Parking is strictly enforced.
Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort may tow.
3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway to not block the sidewalk.
No motorcycle parking is allowed at this resort.

We wish the pool had been cooler and the hot tub hotter, and that there was one additional shower, but the house worked well for our needs. Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay very much.
Just a couple of things to note.
You are allowed 3 vehicles at the property, we had 2 suburban’s and 1 midsize car. The driveway was kinda small trying to park and not block the sidewalk.
The house really needs more cookware, to make preparing dinner a little easier.
The biggest complaint that we all had was lighting, and getting too hot at night. The bedrooms needs more overhead lights or a ceiling fan.
Overall it was a great week.

It was a beautiful home, great location and very quiet which we loved as we traveled with a baby. Close to stores, also close to Disney world. I recommend getting pool warmed if you go in the fall time. It was a little too cold for us

Couldn't get in when we got here. Then the pool and hot.tub wasn't heating. Poop was filthy. When I called they said it's not dirty its just not up toy standards. There pool guy came took pics and said it's definitely dirty
Tape on the screen to cover hole. Bar stool broke
