Welcome to your dream vacation home at Formosa Valley Resort, Kissimmee’s newest luxury community, just 10 minutes from Disney parks and 20 minutes from Universal and Seaworld.
This elegant villa features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, designed for families and groups seeking comfort and fun:
1st floor: King suite
2nd floor:
King master suite
Mickey-themed bedroom with 2 twin beds
Harry Potter-themed bedroom with 2 twin beds
The spacious common area includes a modern living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. You will also enjoy a Star Wars-themed family room with sofa bed and a laundry room with washer and dryer.
Relax in your private heated pool (paid service) or enjoy the resort’s clubhouse with pool, lounge area, and 24h gated security.
POOL HEATER INFORMATION:
Pool Heating is optional for an extra $35 + tax (13.5%) per day and this must be requested at the time of the booking or at least 3 days prior to check in.
Pool Heating stays on for the length of your reservation or for a minimum of 5 days straight.
Heater Machine is on from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and temperature is set between 82 F to 88 F degrees.
(Please note the pool takes a little while to get WARM, and it's not a hot tub or a jacuzzi).
The pool heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function when weather is near freezing temperatures.
We recommend pool heating from January to May and September to December.
Kindly inform us if you want the pool heating and we can add the amount to your reservation or if it's Airbnb, we can send you a payment request after you complete your booking.
