Windsor Palms Resort is a gated community with guards on duty 24 hours. The resort is only 5 miles from Disney and 18 miles to Universal Parks. Within just a few minutes you’ll find lots of shopping and restaurants. Walmart, Target, Publix, Red Lobster, BoneFish Grill, Chuy’s, McDonalds, Wendy’s, Carrabbas, Olive Garden, Outback, Bahama Breeze, Joe’s Crab Shack, Denny’s, Margaritaville Resort district and too many others to list.
The villa is professionally managed locally.
Our home is cleaned following VRMA cleaning guidelines for Covid-19. Our cleaners are using disinfecting cleaners on all surfaces with extra attention being paid to high touch surfaces. White linens and towels are washed using soap and bleach.
We provide remote check-in. You can check yourself in directly at the property with remote door code access. However, you will need to stop at the gatehouse upon arrival to show ID and pick up your vehicle pass.
If we are unable to honor your booking due to Florida State or Osceola County mandating new restrictions due to Covid-19, we will refund 100% of your deposits paid.
In order to avoid large gatherings, Windsor Palms has strict vehicle limits, noise ordinances and streets are patrolled regularly. All adult guests are registered with the resort gatehouse and only registered guests are allowed entry into the resort.
Gatherings in the home are limited to 14 people.

Excellent! This home was perfect for our Florida visit. Home was well stocked with linens, pool towels and kitchen amenities like toaster, dual coffee pot (k-cups and drip), blender and plenty of dishes, and silverware for the entire crew! Although we only utilized 4 of the 6 bedrooms, each was perfectly sized and the beds were amazingly comfortable for a rental home. Laundry facilities on site made packing easier too. Communication with the host and management company was timely and efficient when there was an issue. We could not have asked for a better experience and will absolutely recommend this home to family and friends and anyone planning a visit to the Orlando/Kissimmee area! Thank you!

All my family loved the water temps in hot tub and pool. We loved the look and layout of the home. The one thing that impressed me the most was all the cooking amenities. Almost anything you would have in your personal kitchen you can find in this kitchen. Plenty of towels, beach towels and kitchen towels. If i had any questions the host responded within 15 minutes. Elaine, I want you to know speaking with you felt as if we truely knew each other. Let me also state the daily garbage pickup was really nice. Last be not least, the check in security was so nice and helpful to us. So thank you security guys.We would definitely stay at this home again.

House wasn't that clean. Some of the linens on the bed were soiled. There was a dead bug / lizard of some type on the floor of one of the upstairs bedrooms (it appeared to have been there for a while). I reached out to the host and the property manager about the soiled linens and a loose wall TV bracket. I was informed there are other linens in the house and the property mgmt company would be in contact with me to gain access to the house and fix the TV bracket as we traveled with our dogs. The property mgmt took care of the TV bracket but did not communicate with me (said another way, I was not informed they were going to enter the house nor was I advised when). . The kitchen and living / family room area seemed tight, yet, in the photos they did not appear that way. I suspect the photos were taken with a wide angle lens. House is convenient to Disney, but not to Universal.
