Private pool - spa /free wifi/ game room 3 miles from Disney by A Plus

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at 8086 Roaring Creek Court! The home was welcoming, bright, and smelled fresh and clean. We appreciated the little extras like the blender, toaster, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc. We had enough room to all be together and enough private spaces to be apart. Below are the things that we encountered that lessened our enjoyment while there.Bathroom nearest the front door- upon our arrival the sink was draining very, very slowly. We used a plunger to clear the clog.Kitchen sink- the water temperature was always lukewarm. We heated water on the stove to wash dishes and clean surfaces.Light over the stove did not work.Refrigerator- ice maker was not connected and, there were no shelves on the door which really limited our capacity for chilling beverages.Master Bedroom- the TV often only showed static.

Great property for two families heading to Disney together. Plenty of space. The kids LOVED the property’s pool.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location, location, location is everything. Close to Disney, Sea World, amazing unique restaurants and more. Private pool with gas heat so even when temps drop it is warm plus hot tub! Best part on dead end street, no houses behind you, walk to play pickleball, tennis or basketball. Safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Layout of home is perfect if you have a houseful (we didn’t but if you do this is a great layout). Management is top notch, Jim answered all our questions in lightening speed. The TV had broke prior to our arrival had a smaller TV in its place but the next day arrived a new 65” TV for main room. Would love to rent next year but already booked solid!

The location to Disney and major strip was great. As far as the house goes, check in was easy. As far as the actual house, the front door jammed constantly. House could have been cleaner, visible dust on furniture and rugs need super cleaning. Hot tub never got hot or even warm. House is a bit out dated, but big enough for a large family. The street where the house is was full of garbage on the sidewalks from other homes for days. No outside front door light so it was hard to open the front door in the dark. If you just want a large place to stay that is close to all major attractions, the house was fine, but if your looking for anything else as far as updates, cleanliness, I don’t recommend it.
