Location and pool was good.
The game room , the pool table is old bumpy and torn , pool sticks were not playable . all the laser guns were there but not able to play (missing parts) disappointing. Ski table was broken , no mention in message when given instructions for the rental. And darts , again dissatisfied due to nowhere to be found or seen as in the picture of the rental place. The mermaid restroom. Toilet handle chain was broken had to open lid to flush by hand GROSS.

This Villa is the Best In Orlando, I have stayed at many over the years, but without a doubt this has everything you could possibly need. Villa is close to Theme parks, retail outlets etc. House Is beautifully furnished and comfortable. Great pool that's always warm, great games room. Beds are so comfy and the theming in the bedrooms is super cute. Me & my family absolutely loved staying here and was extremely sad to leave. Great communication from Villa owner. 5*
No electric kettle, I'm not a fan of the stove top one that whistles. Fire alarm very sensitive, randomly goes off when using the toaster ( didnt burn toast, so no idea why it set it off)

Nice villa in a good location, lots of shops and dining options close. Good base for the theme parks and villa is well stocked with most bits and pieces you would need during your stay.
Small issue with getting the instructions to enter the property but phoned the owner and was all sorted quickly, no other issues :)

The villa is in a fantastic location just a stones throw from Disney. Everything is well maintained and had some great attention to detail. We have stayed in a few villas and this was the best one yet. Will definitely look to stay again for our next trip.
