Excellent location, bright, spacious & very good value! Would stay again.

The space & the comfortable beds

There was very few coffee capsules, almost no soap & shampoo in the containers, the iron was very dirty & sticky, the couch arm was broken & none of us could operate the air conditioning. Kitchen utensils were very limited.

Close to the center and the Loire. Patapain for breakfast around the corner.

the garbage truck that emptied the bins opposite the apartment with a thundering noise at 6 a.m. The livingroom couch is terrible.

Excellent appartment, nice and quit location. When you are coming by car in the late afternoon it is easy find a parking lot for free. Small supermarket and bakery very close nearby. Only 15 minutes walking distance to towndown. There is nothing else to top this! Just to mention that the the parkuet floor makes some noise on every step, but this is not an issue.

Très bel appartement cosy

L’appartement est spacieux, décoré avec goût et très fonctionnel. Il est situé dans un quartier calme et à 15-20 minutes à pied du centre-ville. L’arrivée autonome est très pratique.

Le problème d’odeur dans la salle de bain persiste malgré le cache douche et les parfums. Cela a été désagréable.

Prima appartement op goede locatie

Heel ruim en licht appartement met 2 slaapkamers. Modern ingericht met o.a. prachtige badkamer, keukenblok en Nespresso koffie apparaat.

Zeer onaangename geur in de badkamer alhoewel deze wel goed schoon was. Verder was de bank erg doorgezakt en zat hij echt niet comfortabel.

Topplek, mooi en fris ingericht, schoon en op een fijne locatie

Wij hebben dit appartement bezocht op doorreis naar Nederland. De accommodatie is erg netjes, heel goed en snel bereikbaar vanaf de snelweg en ligt in een keurige buitenwijk van Orleans. Je kunt gemakkelijk, veilig en gratis parkeren voor de deur. De bedden liggen heerlijk (ook het tweepersoonsbed waar onze dochters in lagen). Het zelf binnenkomen en vertrekken met een code was ook erg prettig. Ik zou de locatie ook zeker voor een langere periode boeken.

Muy luminoso y tranquilo, además tenía persianas. En la puerta se aparca muy bien. Tenía todo los necesario para cocinar y comer Aunque era un poco caluroso al ser un ático tenía 2 buenos ventiladores

La tranquilidad del barrio, la limpieza, el espacio, la amplitud, la comodidad de las camas, la amabilidad del anfitrión que aunque no estaba presente siempre contestaba a tus mensajes rápidamente. Si volvemos por aquí, volveremos a alojarnos aquí sin duda.

Krásně zrekonstruovaný plně vybavený a čistý byt kousek od centra města. Parkovací místo jsme našli kousek od domu.

Dům v přízemí probíhá rekonstrukcí, tak je bohužel zahrada plná stavebního nepořádku. Check-in až od 17:00 (!)

Uitstekende locatie, prima prijs-kwaliteit verhouding, ruim appartement van alle gemakken voorzien.

Er hangt een rioollucht in de badkamer. Afwerking kan op kleine punten beter: bijv losse wc bril, bankleuning die los zit.

Schön eingerichtet. Sehr sauber im Apartment. Alles da was man braucht. Zentrale aber ruhige Lage. Parkmöglichkeit in nächster Nähe.

Der Flur war nicht ganz so sauber. Dafür waren wir positiv überrascht als wir im Apartment waren.

Nahe der Loire, ca 15 Min. zu Fuß in die Innenstadt

Im Bad stimmt etwas mit dem Ablauf nicht, es roch sehr stark nach Kanalisation. Die Badtüre musste stets geschlossen bleiben, sonst war der Geruch in der ganzen Wohnung. Alles andere war super.

Tout était parfait. Très bel appartement au calme et très bien situé. Le rapport qualité prix est juste remarquable. Appartement très bien équipé. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés.
