We enjoyed our stay in this nice and tidy home next to the river Loire. Everything you need is available and the house was clean and well kept. Orleans city is just a few minutes away by bicycle and really worth visiting. We are glad that we chose this accommodation and really recommend it. Thanks!

We had a nice week in Orleans, host was very nice and helpfull, beds with 1,40 cm are for german taste a bit small for two persons and the stair is very small and nothing for handicaped people. But for us everything was fine. Thanks

Perfect for short stay

My husband, 16 year old son, and 14 year old daughter stayed here for 2 nights. Communication with Olivier was very easy using What’s App prior to and during our stay. The apartment is spacious and had the basic necessities for a short stay (towels, napkins, coffee, laundry detergent). We walked to the Lidl for a few items and also ate in town. We wish we would’ve allowed more time to spend in Orleans. It’s very quiet at the apartment and sitting on the balcony in the evenings was nice.

This is a lovely home. The views of the Loire River are spectacular! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Both Isabelle and Olivier were extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in a stay in Orleans!

The property is like new and impeccably maintained. There is a manicured garden where you can charcoal-grill fresh produces from Saturday's nearby farmers market. The owners live next door and are always extremely attentive to your needs. But the real treat is the view of the Loire river and the fact that the house is right on the "Loire a Velo" trail which lets you safely jog or ride a bike for miles and miles.

The best of both worlds the house is in a quiet picturesque unadopted road overlooking the Loire river with lots of wild life. The small balcony for 2 people came into its own for our breakfasts and drinks in the sun with an interesting view. Orleans town centre was 10 mins away with its own vibe restaurants and culture to keep you happy. The house had everything you needed and was spotless. The French owners spoke perfect English and was on hand if you need anything. The place is a Wow.

The house is set on the banks of the Loire with a private gravelled road which is used by residents, walkers and cyclists. The location is perfect asa base to enjoy the calm of the river and the city.It is very near to bus stops for easy access to all the sights and it takes about half an hour to walk to them if preferred. The house itself was spotlessly clean and bright although it is quite small. The 2 double bedrooms, a shower room and a toilet are on the ground floor and the living room which has a small balcony , shower room with a toilet and kitchen/diner are reached by a tight spiral staircase which would be a problem for anyone with restricted movement. The garden is shady and private and it was lovely to sit out there in the hot afternoons and evenings. The owners live next door and were most welcoming and helpful, even driving us back from the local shop to save us carrying heavy bags. If were are in the area again we would certainly hope to be able to rent the house.

Wunderschönes Häuschen in einer absolut ruhigen Lage direkt an der Loire mit einem herrlichen Blick auf den Fluss. Schön eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Sehr großer Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Abschließbarer Fahrradschuppen auf dem Grundstück. 2 sehr gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Kontakt und Schlüsselübergabe waren vorbildlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder und danken Olivier für seine Freundlichkeit.

Dank der diskreten Umgangsformen der Gastgeber haben wir uns schnell eingelebt und sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr praktisch und funktionell eingerichtet. Auf dem kleinen Balkon haben wir mit Blick auf die Loire unser Frühstück genossen. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und wir konnten unserer Kochleideschaft nachgehen. Von diesem Domizil aus lassen sich tolle Radtouren entlang der Loire und Umfeld bestens ausführen. Das Stadtzentrum ist fußläufig gut erreichbar und unweit entfernt gibt's gute Supermärkte. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Adorable petite maison avec une vue incroyable sur la Loire. Propreté irréprochable, cuisine bien équipée en matériels et ustensiles ( c'est précieux quand on aime cuisiner ), joli jardin clos, literie de qualité, ... c'est superbe. Encore deux trois points à améliorer comme l'escalier intérieur avec un garde-corps en plastique, des chaises pliantes, ou encore une télévision perchée un peu trop haut pour être regardée confortablement, et tout sera parfait. Merci encore aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et leur souplesse sur les horaires. A refaire sans aucun soucis.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans cette maison paisible, bien équipée et confortable. La vue depuis le salon est superbe et tout se trouve a proximité. Nous avons fait plusieurs balades sur les bords de Loire pendant le week-end; notre bébé a beaucoup apprécié ! Très joli marché le samedi à 10mn de marche. Propriétaires arrangeants et très sympathiques.

Quel bonheur cette vue imprenable sur la Loire! Malgré les promeneurs réguliers sur les berges, cette location reste calme car elle es bien isolée. De toute façon, il n'y a plus grand monde après 19h. Ayant un sommeil très léger, je suis particulièrement sensible au bruit. Or, j'ai dormi comme un bébé durant ces 2 semaines! ;) Notre grande fille a pu profiter (moyennant un supplément) de la dépendance située à quelques mètres du bâtiment principal. Parents et enfants étaient ravis!! En ce qui concerne les propriétaires, j'ai rarement rencontré d'hôtes aussi charmants et prévenants... tout en restant si discrets. Nous n'avons manqué de rien durant notre séjour. Bref, vous l'aurez compris: je recommande totalement cette location, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. A noter quand même que l'escalier permettant d'accéder à l'étage est assez exiguë, donc je ne le conseillerai pas aux personnes ayant des problèmes de mobilité . Pour les autres... foncez, vous ne serez pas déçus!

Le site est vraiment enchanteur, promenades à pieds depuis la maison, magnifiques couchés de soleil sur le canal et la Loire. Pratique, tous les commerces à proximité, la voiture peut rester dans le jardin... nous (1 couple de retraités, 1 jeune couple avec 1 bébé de 3 mois et pour une nuit un cinquantenaire) sommes restés 2 nuits les 3 et 4 Août par la canicule... et c'était un vrai bonheur car les chambres au rez de chaussée sont fraîches, la maison est très bien isolée, le jardin comprend toute la journée une partie ombragée. Le garage à vélo est spacieux et permet de garer la poussette, la cuisine très bien équipée à l'étage est aussi accessible par l'extérieur ce qui est bien pratique, tout est parfait... beaucoup de confort... et une décoration douce ... on se sent vite "chez soi"... et tout est neuf... les hôtes sont accueillants et très accessibles tout en étant discrets et super compréhensifs pour les horaires d'arrivée et de départ qui n'étaient pas évidents avec le bébé.... Nous souhaitons revenir à l'automne et l'hiver avec des amis en louant en plus le studio attenant, profiter de la partie du jardin au sud qui donne directement sur le canal. En résumé, être en ville à proximité des animations, commerces, etc... et au calme dans un site merveilleux avec de nombreuses randonnées possibles à pieds, à vélo... Je ne devrai pas indiquer tout cela... le gîte ne va plus être libre quand je voudrai venir...Merci +++ à nos hôtes...

L'emplacement est face à la Loire, à 10 minutes à pied du centre d'Orléans. La maison est située sur un chemin en impasse, donc aucune circulation. L'habitation est totalement rénovée, dispose de 2 chambres et 2 salles d'eau. La cuisine est vaste. Il y a un un petit balcon idéal pour 2 personnes avec vue sur le fleuve. Parfait pour un séjour dans le Loiret.

la maison indépendante, l'accueil du propriétaire qui est voisin de la location sont super. C'est une maison au bord de la Loire, sans route entre les deux, juste un chemin de terre, avec une vue superbe, le calme. La maison a été refaite a neuf, elle est parfaite et bien équipée. Nous sommes allé au centre ville d'Orléans à pieds car il est proche et la ballade par le canal et bords de Loire est superbe. Si je dois revenir à Orléans je reviendrais dans cette maison et je le conseil sans restrictions.
