Een heerlijk ruim appartement, met kleine balkons aan de voor- en achterkant. Heel dicht bij centrum en de Loire.
Het appartement is boven een fastfood afhaal. Door de geur van het eten hebben we geen gebruik kunnen maken van het balkon aan de achterkant (en de deur ook dicht gehouden). Het balkon aan de voorkant maakte dat goed).

Très grand séjour terrasse très appréciable. Bon canapé et très confort pour un deuxième lit
L entrée un peu bizarre au premier abord mais l appartement est très sympa clair et spacieux

appartement très propre. lits très confortables. emplacement très proche du centre historique. parfait pour un petit séjour découverte à Orléans.

Innen war das Appartement sehr schön. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man kann fußläufig alles erreichen. Gleich gegenüber ist eine nette Brasserie. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut.
Das Haus und der Zugang sind wenig ansprechend. Direkt unter dem Appartement befindet sich ein Schnellrestaurant. Die 2 Dunstabzüge davon befinden sich direkt unterhalb des Schlafzimmerfensters und vor der eigentlich netten Terrasse. Abends öffnet das Restaurant und man kann nicht mehr auf der Terrasse sitzen und muss die Fenster geschlossen halten, weil man sonst im Frittierdunst sitzt. Der Imbiss mit Lieferdiensten ist sehr laut. Bis nachts um 1 wird geräuschvoll geputzt.
