Comfortable bed, good location

Street gates can hardly be opened and if they are opened, you fall into the rubbish bins. Noisy and smells of oil from the burger joint below

Très bon emplacement pour cet appartement, avec un balcon + terrasse, cuisine équipée et TV très bien. Appartement très agréable dans l'ensemble.

L'espace salle de bain est un peu restreint avec un rideau de douche qui ne fait pas très moderne, tout ne peut pas être parfait...

L'intérieur de l'appartement rénové joliment

Le secteur pas très sécurisant et le fast-food juste en dessous de l'appartement qui ramène du monde jusque tard dans la nuit, avec les nuisances olfactives et sonores que cela engendre...sans compter le ménage bruyant après la fermeture!

Die Wohnung war sehr schön gestaltet und gut ausgestattet. In der Küche war alles vorhanden (Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Waschmaschine) um gut zu kochen. Die Lage zur Innenstadt ist ausgezeichnet. Der große Markt und mehrere Lebensmittelgeschäfte im nahen Umfeld Umfeld.

Der Eingangsbereich zum Haus macht einen etwas heruntergekommenen Eindruck. Die Fritterie im Erdgeschoß direkt unter der Wohnung ist in der Wohnung wahrnehmbar.

La porte d'entrée vraiment très difficile à ouvrir... Des personnes âgées ne pourraient pas l'ouvrir... Derrière le canapé, nous avons retrouvé un bandeau pour la nuit, une barrette...c'est le seul bémol concernant l'appartement

Die Gerüche des unter dem Apartment befindlichen Burger-Ladens machten es unmöglich, den hinteren Balkon zu nutzen oder die hinteren Fenster zu öffnen.

Déçue

Espace, appartement globalement plaisant.

1. Odeurs fortes de poulet frit du commerce juste en dessous, impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre. 2. Nuisances sonores liées à ce même commerce, discussions bruyantes sous les fenêtres, rideau de fer baissé en grand fracas à 1h du matin. On comprend pourquoi cet appartement a été mis en location touristique, il n’est pas vraiment habitable sur la durée. 3. Cage d’escalier dégoûtante. 4. 2eme couchage (canapé-lit) très inconfortable. 5. Pas de lave-vaisselle. Désolée mais ces désagréments ne compensent pas les points positifs, ne sont pas visibles sur les photos de présentation, et font que le tarif est surévalué.
