It was clean, modern, comfortable and well equipped.
A few more coffee pods and hospitable gestures would be valuable. I also didn’t like the bathroom set up with a window into the bathroom from the bedroom. I don’t think there was a door to the bath room either so privacy was minimal.

This property is clean, modern , secure, and comfortable. The hostess is responsive and allowed us to check in early after a long flight. We spent just one night, so cannot really speak to proximity to Orleans attractions. There is secure, private parking off the street without charge, however your car must be narrow to fit through the entry.
No stand up shower. The tub has a nozzle sprayer. Parking on the street would be challenging, I think, if you have a larger vehicle.
