Very disappointing and stressful experience – not recommended for families

Nothing stood out positively given the overall experience, apart from the fact that the apartment was physically accessible upon arrival.

One hour before arrival, while traveling with three young children after a 10+ hour drive, we received a message asking us to cancel because the apartment was allegedly destroyed. This later turned out to be untrue when we arrived and caused significant stress and uncertainty. The promised baby cot was not available. As a result, our baby had to sleep between us, which caused a very uncomfortable and poor night’s rest for our family. The apartment was poorly cleaned (stained bedding, dust, spider webs on the door opening in the hallway and on the CV radiator), unsafe for children (loose cables, broken curtain rail in the master bedroom facing the street, leaving the window without a curtain and exposed to street pedestrians, and broken curtain rail holder with a screw on the kitchen floor), and had maintenance issues (broken shower head and broken reading lamp). Communication from the host was inconsistent and unreliable (contradictory messages and very late responses). A €20 compensation was offered only after checkout, which we found entirely insufficient and did not even respond to. Booking.com is aware of our complaint, but the review process is taking a long time. We do not recommend this accommodation, especially for families.

Parfait ! Bon week-end à Orléans ! Une ville à visiter !

Cet appartement est très confortable et bien situé en ville. La surface est agréable, le rez de chaussée est très pratique avec sa petite cour intérieure.

Le mobilier est un peu ancien ça mériterait un peu de modernité. Surtout la cuisine, le mobilier marron assombri la pièce. À bon entendeur….

Parfumstekker rook sterk. Eruit gehaald toen we daarachter kwamen. Bedden voelde nattig en rook heel erg naar parfum. Eenpersoons bed kraakte.

Très central, 15’ à pied pour découvrir le centre d’Orléans. Tout de même calme! Garage fermé. Bel espace et idéal pour ne pas se marcher sur les pieds et se retirer dans «son» coin. Excellent contact avec proprio, très réactive et arrangeante.

Installations vieillottes (lunettes de WC mal fixées, genoux presque dans le lave-linge, autre toilette pleine de tartre) et canapé tape-c…

Tiene buena ubicación para poder conocer el centro y es muy amplio, cuenta con parking que siempre es una buena comodidad. Todo correcto y bien! Un comedor muy muy bonito y las habitaciones muy amplias

Ruim, vernieuwd, retrostijl en nog puntjes op de i.

Met veel aandacht en ruimte geschikt gemaakt voor een doorreis. Heerlijk ruim!! Het is absoluut geschikt om een paar dagen te verblijven, de stad Orléans verdient dit ook.

Ik denk dat we een van de eerste bezoekers waren. Hier en daar ontbrak het één en ander. Meest belangrijke: er waren geen gordijnen, wel vitrage, maar geen gordijnen. Die moeten absoluut nog worden opgehangen. Wanneer de dagen korter worden, biedt het geen privacy.
