About this house rental
Come and relax in this small house of 38m2 duplex with terrace and free parking on site. In the immediate vicinity of the golf course, the hospital and barely 15 minutes from the city center of Orléans, you will appreciate the calm and nature also close to amenities.
Our accommodation has been renovated recently. Most of the equipment is new and modern.
Guests have access to a private terrace overlooking common green areas.
With a south-east exposure, you will enjoy the light in the morning and between noon.
The location is ideal: you benefit from the calm of the countryside close to all the services of the city.
It is located 10 minutes from Orleans center, and 2 minutes from the hospital, you have the calm of the company close to all the services of the city.
On the first floor, an entrance leads to the toilet, a staircase that leads to the sleeping area and the main room.
You will find an open kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, electric kettle and Senseo coffee maker. And all the necessary crockery.
In the living room: corner sofa, coffee table, TV stand, Philips flat screen TV 110cm. Plenty of storage space in the furniture and cupboards. The living room opens onto a private terrace equipped with a table with 4 chairs and a coffee table with 2 armchairs.
This very bright and pleasant room is south-east facing. You ideally enjoy the sun for a large part of the day. The sofa is convertible and can accommodate 2 people. An extra mattress can be added (on the floor) and can accommodate 2 additional people.
On the living room side, a dining table and 4 chairs complete the main room.
Upstairs is the sleeping area, a large bedroom with a king size double bed 160, 2 bedside tables with lamp, small television, blackout curtains, wardrobe and cupboard. An extra bed can be added to the bedroom on request and at an additional cost.
Separate, a spacious bathroom with bathtub and sink 1 sink. A washing machine, a mirror, a towel radiator and a wall-mounted hairdryer complete the room.
Sheets, towels, dishcloths are provided for the number of guests indicated at the time of booking.
We provide: toilet paper, paper towels, sponges, washing-up liquid, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar.
A wifi box allows you to have a good Internet connection (included)
The accommodations are non-smoking inside (possibility to go to the terrace)
Parties are strictly forbidden as well as any nuisance to the neighborhood. The environment is calm and peaceful, it must be respected.
In the residence you can park for free.
On request I give the strips for access to a secure bicycle room.
