Strategisch gut gelegene, etwas enge Wohnung mit korrektem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für Kurzurlaub
Die Unterkunft ist eine Wohnung in einem normalen Wohnhaus in fußläufiger Entfernung zum Stadtzentrum mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Ein hervorragender Supermarkt befindet sich in den Bahnhofspassagen ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Es gibt mit etwas Suche kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung. Das Appartment war sehr sauber und die Ausstattung hatte alles, was benötigt wird. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war gut bis sehr gut (ca. 160 € pro Nacht).
Das Appartment ist für 6 Personen eher ungeeignet. Für drei Personen wäre es komfortabel. Es handelt sich um eine 50er-Jahre Vier-Raum-Wohnung mit kleinen Zimmern, nur einer Dusche und einer separaten Toilette. Die Betten sind schmal, max. 140 cm breit und damit für jeweils zwei Personen recht unbequem. Die Lage an einer lauten Straßenkreuzung in Kombination mit stickigen Zimmern führt zu wenig erholsamen Nächten.

Je suis très déçu du comportement de l'hôte.
L'emplacement est très bon .
Les personnes qui gèrent l'établissement sont très insolents et cherchent de problèmes pour nous arnaquer l'argent, ils ont dit qu'on a pris un livre qu'on a jamais vu et disent qu'on a rendu l'appartement avec des petits déchets après qu'ils ont fait passer les balais pendant que les poubelles étaient vidés et qu'une maison avec des enfants des petits déchets sous les lits ne peuvent pas manquer mais la façon de nous envoyer ces remarques est sans politesse et avec un niveau élevé d'insolence.

Personal muy amable. Nos faltaban toallas y nos las trajo al momento. Camas cómodas y el piso estaba muy limpio, las sabanas y toallas olían a suavizante. Zona con buen aparcamiento
No tiene ascensor y hay que subir muchas escaleras. La ubicación, no estaba cerca de la zona de restauración (20mins)

Très bien, emplacement pratique proche gare
Appartement très bien situé à quelques pas de la gare d'Orléans centre. Nous sommes venus en voiture et avons trouvé à nous garer facilement dans la rue. Quelques commerce et une boulangerie à proximité. Le logement était très propre, bien chauffé lors de ce week-end très froid de février, avec une bonne literie. Bonne communication avec les propriétaires, Nous recommandons donc ce logement pratique et fonctionnel. Belle vue et luminosité.
