The location was good easy to walk to the tram for transport around town

The property is tired and needs a refurbishment, the skirting boards are all loose and the floor is coming apart - it looks like there has been a flood. All the blinds are broken. The bathroom is mouldy and the general feel is uncared for. Also the garden is overgrown with cigarette butts strewn about.

Really unpleasant, left early

It had parking and Orleans is lovely.

Cracked windows, broken blinds, flooding bathroom, airless and hot with no fan, fridge door not shutting properly, old bed linen, lumpy pillows, overgrown garden, very basic, fag burns on sofa bed, dirty floor, dodgy feeling area, owner that doesn't care. Where have all the positive reviews come from???

Good location, but won't recommend until some reno, gardening and cleaning is done.

Location was good.

Most venetian blinds were broken, one in the bedroom was on the floor. The bath towels were not clean, very smelly, until we washed them. Entrance was overgrown with weeds as was the garden. A raffia rug was thrown over the outside table which was very dusty. Glas entrance door was cracked.

We got clear instructions how to enter the property and there was no need to meet anybody. So we could arrive at any time late.

A good place to stay, marred with a few issues that could be easily avoided

+ The place has been well thought out, and even though it's small and the kitchenware is limited, it feels perfectly functional + The bed is comfortable + Everything is neat and clean + The garden is really nice + The TV is great + There is a big supermarket nearby and a few proximity stores, including a bakery + The Loire river is nearby + It's not far away from a Tram station + You can reach the heart of the town by walking

- The host asked me to rate the place a 10. This is very poor form. - You need to download an app on your smartphone to open the door. I hadn't a smartphone and I was very annoyed. - You need to send photographs of you, with photographs of your ID card and credit card. It doesn't feel safe, I don't like that, and it's outside Booking.com. - Only one person can use the app, which is less convenient than sharing a single key (that you can pass to the one who needs it). - The garden is shared with the other residents, and although it didn't happen to us, I expect it can get really weird. - There were cockroaches in the kitchen (which otherwise was really clean). - Although the shower was OK, the light in the bathroom is on the timer, and it turns off while you're taking your shower. It's dangerous and inconvenient (you need to go out of the shower and move your arms in the air for the lights to turn on again). - I was asked to do a number of cleaning things before leaving. I had already done them since I think it's only decency to do it, but one might be in a hurry and not have time to attend to these tasks, so it should not be customary.

Very nice stay in Orléans, very quiet and yet close enough to the city's main attractions.

The apartment is located in a quiet area of the city but only about 10-15' away from the center by tramway or around 20-25' walking. There is a lovely terrace where one can seat and enjoy the quiet and the birds singing. The apartment has a dishwasher and a washing machine.

There were only two things that I and my partner thought could be improved: (1) the wifi, it mostly worked in the living room but was faulty, or just not there in the bedroom, (2) the design of the shower makes it extremely easy for water go get to the bathroom floor, which will happen unless you're taking a very quick shower.

Perfect

Perfecte locatie om Orleans te bezoeken.. Per fiets maar op de hoek stopt de tram naar het centrum. Fietsen konden we snachts binnen stallen en opladen. Gratis parkeerplek voor de deur. Leuke tuin met zitje achter het huis, helaas vanwege weer geen gebruik van gemaakt. Kwamen laat aan maar deur had een toegangscode zonder host.

Doucheplinten (hout) vertonen slijtage omdat douchen zonder dat er water buiten de douchebak komt vrijwel onmogelijk is. Beter die vervangen door kunststof. en/of extra handdoek om dat droog te maken.

Alles wie auf den Fotos. Die negativen Kommentare kann ich nicht verstehen, es war sauber und ordentlich. Gefallen hat uns auch, dass man draußen sitzen konnte.

Déçus

Résidence au calme

Nous avions réservé pour 4 adultes, avec les 2 chambres comme sur les photos indiquées par l'annonce, au final nous nous sommes retrouvés avec une seule chambre et un canapé dépliable, sans linge de lit ( ou sinon du linge bien sale... ) L'entretien du lieu est plus que douteux, et je pense qu'il mériterait quelques travaux pour rénover les lieux... Nous avons été bien déçus de payer presque 250€ pour deux nuits pour dormir dans ses conditions.

L’emplacement

Beaucoup de problèmes dans le logement : une seule chaise dans la chambre salon. Des sièges bar instables risque de chutes dans la cuisine. Impossible de rentrer dans la s de bains qd assis à la cuisine. Éclairage s de bains inefficace ( bouger pour la minuterie). Salon extérieur inutilisable à cause des cerises et rien pour nettoyer. Mauvais fonctionnement plaques de cuisson. Place de parking limitée à une voiture et déjà prise.
