Zu teuer für die Leistung. Schlafen kann man da schon.

Wohnung war groß

Wohnung war nicht sauber und lieblos aufgeräumt. Die Lage im Wohnblock waren gewöhnungsbedürftig und haben kein Wohlgefühl aufkommen lassen. Parken vor dem Haus nur bedingt möglich.

Sehr schöne, große, moderne Wohnung mit Weitblick über Orléans

+ super Lage -- nur 20 min zu Fuß ins Zentrum (Jeanne d'Arc Statue) -- davon z.T. sehr schöner Weg entlang der Loire + durch die Lage im 7. Stock des Hochhauses hat man nicht nur einen tollen Ausblick, sondern auch die Möglichkeit, bei geöffneten Fenstern in der Nacht für Abkühlung zu sorgen + gutes WLAN + tolle Küche u.a. mit Gefrierschrank (das meiste habe ich nicht genutzt) + gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

- Keine Air-Conditioning - Keine deutschsprachigen TV-Programme (ärgerlich, wenn man sich auf das U21 Endspiel gefreut hat) - auch fehlte eine Bedienungsanleitung für den Fernseher -- zumindest für das Internet dort (habe ich nur begrenzt aktivieren können) - der 7. Stock ist nur durch einen engen Aufzug zu erreichen (wenn der mal ausfällt, dann hat man mit dem Gepäck ein Problem, wenn man -- wie ich z.B. -- Knieprobleme hat; da ist also etwas Risikobereitschaft gefragt; andererseits habe ich keinen Grund, an der Zuverlässigkeit des Aufzugs zu zweifeln)

Verblijf in Orléans

De locatie. Tegen de grens van het centrum van Orléans en aan de oever van de Loire. Het appartement is ruim en heeft een comfortabele bank met uitzicht op de Kathedraal. De keuken en de slaapkamers, aan de achterkant van het huis, kijken uit op de Loire. De keuken is ruim en heeft de nodige voorzieningen. Met name goede pannen en koekenpannen met dikke bodem, geschikt voor de inductiekookplaat.

Misleidend vond ik dat wordt vermeld dat de kamers geluiddicht zijn en er niet wordt vermeld dat dit nodig is omdat het appartement pal aan de rondweg om het centrum ligt. Het lawaai van het verkeer is in de nacht storend en continu. Overdag ook maar dan waren wij het grootste gedeelte vd dag in Orléans. De kamers zijn absoluut niet geluiddicht maar enigszins gedempt. Ondanks deze negatieve feedback hebben wij toch genoten van ons verblijf en als wij het hadden geweten dan hadden wij niet voor dit appartement gekozen. Kortom, lastige vraag of de harde waarheid altijd het beste is.

Maar 2 wijnglazen aanwezig. Een allegaartje van bekers, kopjes en glazen.
