There was a bad start to the rental because when I arrived at the agreed time (5-6pm) the accommodation was dirty. Full bin, unchanged bed, full ashtray, full sink etc. I managed to contact the booking.com person and to be fair they quickly sorted a cleaner to arrive so I vacated for a couple of hours and I got vacant possession of the rental about 7.30pm. Apparently there was a mix-up with the cleaner. Accommodation is fine but fairly basic. Again to be fair it has most of the essentials but certainly no frills. A couple of red wine glasses and some cooking utilities eg spatula etc would be good - there are pots and pans however... Anyway the best thing about this rental is the location- it is right beside Playa Chica and that makes up for a lot....

It was excellent accommodation overall, however maybe it's me. I just cannot get use to Memory Foam mattress . I am middle aged and I struggled to get out of the bed every morning. I think if you could get a hybrid firm/memory foam mattress that would help a lot.

Great location
Very basic, smell from drains. Kitchen area and patio could have been cleaner. Coffee machine very dirty
