In the heart of the old town in Puerto Del Carmen overlooking the harbour with fabulous views of the sea. Exceptionally clean with a modern finish, all amenities available including washing machine, hoover, coffee machine and lots more. Loved that there was water and sweets left for us on arrival.

The location was excellent with beautiful view of sea , port and sunsets , clean with excellent facilities
Pity sun doesn’t shine on balcony till 2-30 in the afternoon, unfortunately due to bad weather conditions, water remained on awning and fell onto balcony for several days , which prevented us using it , very loose tiles on way up stairs to apartment and could be slippy and dangerous
