awsommme location great kitchen facilities and lovely outdoor area .
it didn't look inviting from the outside looked a little tired looking maybe needed freshening up with some paint to the exterior of the apsrtments.

Honnêtement il s'agit d'un super logement dans lequel nous avons passé un agréable séjour.
Tres bien situé et équipé.
Le seul vrai gros souci mais qui en arrière saison était surmontable provient du fait que le logement est indiqué avec un parking privé ce qui n'est absolument pas le cas. Obligation de se garer dans la rue et donc si le soir on peut éventuellement trouver une place. En journée c'est mission impossible. Je n'ose même pas imaginer la galère en période de haute saison.
Il faudrait modifier l'annonce pour ne pas tromper les gens.

Location close to Playa Chica Beach & old town/harbour
The bathrooms in particular the showers were in need of a bleaching, mold & pink fungus in both, one had cracked shower tray & other leaked over the bathroom floor & into the corridor.
Everything was past its best & needs refurbished
No noise insulation so when people in apartment above come home from work at 2pm most nights our sleep was interrupted. Double mattress sagging.
Whole apartment block outside run down.
