Casa Jasmine is a lovely semi-detached property, situated in the popular Los Mojones area of Puerto Del Carmen, just a short walk away from its glorious beaches and resort centre.
This great semi-detached property is situated in the popular Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen. Ideally situated within walking distance of both the old town and harbour and the main avenida with its golden sandy beach, bars and restaurants. Casa Jasmine has its own spacious sunbathing terrace together with a private pool (heated in the winter months). The pool has a safety mesh fence with a lockable gate so that young children cannot enter the pool area without supervision. The fence can be collapsed if there are no children in your party and you do not wish to use it.

Kitchen & lounge areas are on the ground floor with three steps down to two twin bedrooms and the family bathroom & the master bedroom and en suite on the first floor.
Just on the edge of the affluent Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen The busy resort started life as a fishing village and now boasts all the facilities and amenities of a Spanish holiday town, with an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars. A variety of restaurants offer multiple options for the visitor to decide where to eat. From traditional restaurants, offering typical local products and establishments specialized in national and international cuisine with dishes from around the world. There is a long sandy beach where sun beds and shades are available for hire and in addition various water sports available. There is a reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi service allowing you to explore all areas easily. The popular marina of Puerto Calero is a short drive or you can take the taxi boat from the old town harbour to spend a relaxing afternoon watching the boats. Activities include: Theme park, boat trips, Deep sea fishing, island excursions, golf course, diving, mini golf, go karting, tennis, sports centre, bike hire, shopping centre, spas and wellness centres, horse riding (in Macher village), whale museum (Puerto Calero) Water Park (Costa Teguise).

Lovely 3 bed villa.
We arrived and as flight arrived in late morning property management company were very kind and allowed us to access villa early.
3 good sized bedrooms, lovely garden with pool.
Living room and kitchen with all you need (no oven but as we only made breakfast in villa didn’t matter)
We asked for a 2nd key and this was very quickly arranged to be dropped off.
The only issue we had was the bathroom on the lower ground floor flooded anytime the shower was used. I think it is due to the shower cubicle being incorrectly installed (without sufficient drop to the drain) so water flowed onto bathroom floor (and out the door the first time of use).
We were able to fashion a dam from a rolled up towel which when placed on edge of cubicle stopped most of the water.
Management company provided us extra towels and tried to clear drain, but as mentioned I don’t think this was the issue.
This didn’t stop us enjoying our visit.
