We had a great stay at Arthouse Seaview Apartments and would definitely recommend it overall. The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location with easy access to everything we needed. Communication throughout our stay was excellent—Fredrick was especially helpful, responsive, and easy to deal with, which made everything smooth from start to finish.
The only downsides were that the apartment was a bit difficult to find initially, as it’s located within a large complex, so clearer directions would have helped. We also experienced an issue with bathroom drainage. Although someone came to try and fix it, unfortunately it didn’t fully resolve the problem, which was a bit inconvenient.

Fabulous location, clean and spacious. Well equipped kitchen, although so many good bars around that we didn’t really need much. The balcony was wonderful and views superb (a little noise from a busy road below). Good shower and nice quiet pool area.
Nothing that is within the control of the hosts.
The apartment was very noisy, despite being advertised as soundproofed. Our advice, embrace the bar downstairs and enjoy the music. You will hear every word in the room until 11pm so you might as well join in! 😊. There is a nightclub very close by, but this only caused disturbance in the early hours two nights out of ten
Nothing that spoiled our trip. Sad to come home.

Terrasse grande mais sur une rue très passante
Bruits de tuyauteries matinaux dans la chambre quand les voisins du dessus vont aux toilettes ou prennent une douche
Il manquait des modes d'emploi pour la télévision, sur la façon de gérer les déchets...
