Apartamento Playa chica, vistas al mar Lanzarote

Location is superb. Both the harbour & strip are minutes away. Plenty of nice restaurants & bars nearby. The apartment is modern & very spacious with excellent air conditioning. Bed is very comfortable. This was our second time to stay here & we would stay again, although I do think some minor issues need attention.

Alarm system is finicky & no details on how to operate were provided. The key lock box isn’t very strong, can be opened without correct code. We had 10 night stay with no clean linen provided throughout the stay. I think a scheduled clean & fresh linen would be welcomed after 7 days. Although not a fault of apartment, however, the local cats like to use the garden area as their loo.

La casa e bella ma avrebbe bisogno di un po di manutenzione l'allarme di casa non si sa se e attivo o disattivo capita di aprire la porta e inizia a fare un bip per 20 30 secondi anche alle 5 del mattino...abbiamo trovato qualche scarafaggio purtroppo fuori facevano lavori e ne abbiamo visti parecchi..

Great location and lovely modern apartment

Cat did a poo on the patch of fake grass in front garden area. plus construction was occuring outside. Obviously not the owner/apartment fault.

Perfect location for us. Nicely furnished with some personal decor touches. Well equipped for the most part

No instructions for anything....tv, cooker, dishwasher(didnt use) washing machine. Chipboard presses showing major signs of wear Hairdryer practically useless No wash basin for six days.Plumber eventually showed up and fixed. No change of towels or sheets....washed a lot but last week cold and wet....don't know if a strip,wash, dry and remake was possible! No VV registration Increase of 700e for same period next year. Only two cockroaches spotted. Unfortunately one was crawling up my arm in bed! Only one teaspoon. I would have loved this place with a few changes...even to pay for a clean and change of bedclothes. I have booked for next year but have taken serviced apartments...not as pretty a location but I will have clean sheets and towels! Key box not working 100per cent.
