** Playa Chica Place **

The apartment is in a great location. Comfortable bed & couch. Neighbouring cats Washing machine

The water tank burst on the day after we arrived - spent the morning sweeping water out of the apartment. Esther organised for a new tank to be installed. Very limited cooking facilities - a two ring induction hob and a microwave located about 6feet above the floor - difficult to reach. Very small table - had to move laptops to be able to have meals. Used the ironing board as a table extension. Apartment needs a coat of paint - there was mould in the bedroom & Esther arranged for someone to clean it off with bleach No balcony - other apartments in the block had balconies; a clothes dryer was clipped to the outside & was difficult to reach No bedside tables/lockers - used one of the kitchen chairs & bought a fold up chair. Having said that - the rent was relatively cheap; we've booked for the same time next year in another apartment which has all the facilities we want, but costs twice as much.

The location was very good.

Earlier communication about where to get the key would have been helpful, communication in general was very poor,

Spotless, huge comfy bed, all equipment needed very comfy and great location.

Sooooo noisy- awful neighbors and with no sound insulation I was kept awake every night by drunk people talking in the room below the bedroom and woken every morning due to inconsiderate people upstairs and downstairs.
