Location, use of the gym/pool & washing machine available.

No balcony, external it could really do with a fresh coat of paint and a good power wash to clean it up.

The location was excellent and the use of the Faronies gym facility was great. The apartment has the use of all the usual items. It had a breakfast starter basket, shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper was provided and the kitchen has all the cloths and cleaning agents required to keep the apartment clean.

The entrance to the apartment is very run down and the apartment next door is very run down leaving the walk in area undesirable. The neighbors in the apartment above are very noisy and wake early in the morning. The view from the window straight out is lovely but on looking down it looks dirty and very old and run down . We paid 1092.00 for the week over Christmas which is okay for that time of the year but would be very expensive for other weeks out of season.

Good location & nice touch being able to use the sports facilities across the road.

There was a strange smell but i think it was from surrounding properties. Not much you can do about that.
