About this apartment rental
New, charming, quiet and spacious apartment very close to the sea (only 3 minutes walking). Located between the Old Town of Puerto del Carmen and the new area. Bars, restaurants, sports and shopping area nearby.
The complex has a swimming pool with a separate area for children. It is distributed in two floors of 50 m each. The main entrance is located on the first floor where the fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and one of the two terraces are located.
The kitchen has everything you need to spend a comfortable holiday, kitchen utensils, dishes, hob, oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, juicer, blender, toaster, coffee maker ... as well as a dining area . The spacious living room has two sofas and an armchair, tables, flat screen television with satellite signal and WIFI Internet connection. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms and the other terrace. The main room has two single beds and a cot, large closets and its own terrace with hammocks. The second bedroom has two single beds. Both bathrooms have shower, toilet and sink with mirror. Hair dryer available. The lower terrace gives direct access to the pool of the complex with private sun beds for the apartment. Bed linen, bath and pool towels are provided at no extra cost.
Unfortunately the apartment is not accessible for disabled people.
The nearest beaches are “Playa Grande” and “Playa Chica”, both awarded with a blue flag, a three minute walk. On the way to “Playa Grande” is the wonderful avenue of Puerto del Carmen, ideal for walking, running, cycling and water sports. "Playa Chica" is a cove frequented by locals, recommended for families with children for its calm waters and also for diving for its wonderful backgrounds.
We have 3 apartments in the same complex: two of them for 4 guests and one for 6 guests.
Check-in will take place after 4 pm and check-out until 10 am Upon request, at no cost and if there is availability, you can check out later.

We had an amazing time in puerto del carmen. Access to property was seamless Eva provided us with easy to follow instructions for entry.The apartment had everything you would need and views were amazing. They location was ideal between the old town and the strip so plenty facilities on the doorstep. We would certainly return.

Lovely apartment in perfect location, spacious with fab view of sea…spent day up and down to Playa Chica, stop off at Nico’s Place for coffee!Everything supplied in apartment, probably A/C would be the real icing on the cake but saying that the fans supplied are excellent.Thanks for a very enjoyable stay!
