A pleasant, clean and functional apartment in a fantastic location.
The apartment is clean and very comfortable, equipped with new and modern furniture and has everything we needed for a three-day ski weekend. The location is great because it is only a 1-minute walk from the Romertherme spa and 3 minutes from the Kaiserburg ski lift. Free parking in a covered garage and a ski room are located in the basement of the building. We were located on the ground floor so we did not use the elevator, but it can be practical for families with small children.

Appartamento fantastico, caldo, accogliente, pulito con una splendida vista sulle piste. Posto auto coperto, armadietto deposito per sci e scarponi. Silenzioso e vicinissimo alle terme ed all'impianto di risalita per il Kaiserburg. Disponibilità ed accoglienza ottima.

Raccomandato.
Posizione senza eguali a 50 metri dalle terme di Romerbad e 50 metri dalla funivia Kaiserburg. Parcheggio riservato. Appartamento pulito e con vista sulle piste da sci.
A disposizione solo 2 asciugamani, nella descrizione dell'appartamento non avevo letto che c'era l'esigenza di portarsi da casa eventuali asciugamani extra. Non ho trovato il termostato per regolare la temperatura dell'appartamento che ho trovato molto caldo. Suggerisco di aggiungere qualche cuscino in più per il letto, per chi come me è abituato a dormire con 2 cuscini per migliorare la respirazione nottturna.

Die tolle Lage _ direkt an der Kaiserburgbahn, am Openair-Gelände !! Geschäfte in der Nähe ! Aussicht von der Terrasse aus !!!!
Dadurch, dass die Fenster von der Sonne bestrahlt wurden, war es in der Wohnung viel zu warm . ( hätte ich melden können )! Beim Duschen hat es gezogen . Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig !
