Beautiful, comfort appartment right on the slopes

The hole concept of the house/hotel is incredible. You can put your ski gear in the locker and put your sleepers and go to your appartment. The appartment is huge, super clean with nice view of the slopes. The accomodation is ski in ski out and is like some 50m of the Keiserburg bahn which is the best option in Bad Kleinkirchein. There is parking in the yard of the house. The hosts are super welcoming and friendly and helping and you can purchase discounted ski tickets through them. I can only recomend this place and the center for families with children and couples and bigger families since the appartments are quite comfortable and also I will recomend it to myself to come again and in summer because it must be amazing...

Sparkling clean and great location!

The apartment was excellent! The house is on a great location, 2-3min on foot to Kaiserburgbahn, but you can ski-to-door when you're done for the day. It was sparkling clean, had everything we needed, and more. The hosts were excellent, very friendly and helpful. This was the best possible location in Bad Kleinkirchheim and we strongly recommed it!

Wij zaten in app. 6 zeer ruim. Erg schoon. Alles keurig voor elkaar. Bed opgemaakt en als ontvangst chocolade op de tafel. Ontzettend gast vrij en vriendelijk. Bij het appartement zit de Karinthiën kaart, deze hebben we dan ook volop gebruikt. Zeker een aanrader

Super miejsce na aktywny wypoczynek w Alpach, za rozsądną cenę.

Przesympatyczni i przyjacielscy gospodarze, oferujący pomoc i radę w każdej sytuacji. Sam apartament (sypialnia, salonik z rozkładaną dużą kanapą, kuchnia i łazienka z prysznicem, wielki taras, widok na stok) jest bardzo ładny, cieplutki, obszerny i wygodny, a w rzeczywistości wygląda na prawdę o wiele korzystniej niż na fotografiach (może warto zmienić zdjęcia?). Doskonale wyposażona kuchnia (piekarnik, lodówka z zamrażarką, mikrofala, garnki, itp.). Narciarnia i wygodna, oddzielna suszarnia na buty. Dom położony jest praktycznie przy samym stoku i początki trasy do biegania na nartach oraz kilkaset metrów od stacji kolejki na Kaiserburg i term. Doskonały stosunek ceny do jakości. Jeśli Bad Kleinkirchheim to tylko tu....

Do głowy przychodzi mi tylko, że przydałaby się mała zmywarka do naczyń i może ekspres kapsułkowy do kawy... ale tak w ogóle miejsce jest super, ogromne podziękowania dla gospodarzy.
