About this chalet rental
An authentic alpine chalet in the heart of Bad Kleinkirchheim, born from the transformation of an ancient barn and carefully renovated to preserve all the charm of Carinthian tradition.
Ancient wood, original details, welcoming atmosphere and modern comfort meet in a truly special home, ideal for a snow holiday, a few days of relaxation at St. Kathrein Thermal Baths or to discover the nature of the Carinthian mountains.
Its location is one of its strengths: ski slopes, thermal baths, restaurants, pastry shops, rental services and amenities are comfortably within walking distance.
But Bad Kleinkirchheim is not just skiing and wellness. During your stay you will have restaurants, cafés, pastry shops, shops, ski rentals, ski schools and the tourist office within reach, making it possible to move around comfortably even without always using the car.
In summer, the chalet becomes the ideal starting point for discovering the nature of the Austrian Alps: hiking, walks, mountain biking, golf and days in the open air are easily accessible, whilst the surrounding landscape simply invites you to slow down and breathe.
Here you will not simply stay in a holiday home: you will experience the authentic atmosphere of an ancient alpine dwelling, with the warmth of wood and the comfort of a home designed for a relaxing holiday.
Whether you are looking for a snow holiday, a few days of wellness at the thermal baths or an escape into nature, this chalet offers you a combination that is hard to find: authenticity, comfort and a privileged location in the heart of Bad Kleinkirchheim.
We look forward to giving you an authentic experience in the heart of the Carinthian mountains. 🏔️✨
