We have enjoyed the stay, it was comfortable, warm, great view.
Good location, fully equipped including dishwasher and basic necessities.
The place to store skis and boots was actually on the stairs landing, quite tight/narrow. Not sure if it meets fire prevention/emergency escape criteria.

It was a nice and comfortable ski trip for us, felt like home to us!
The location of the apartment is great it has its own parking and a garage for one car. The apartment was really spacious and comfortable ita had exceeded our expectations, so I highly recommend it to a big family or small groups. Also, I would like to put out that the people at the reception office are very kind and helpful. They are the best!

Spacious well equiped apartment. Very clean and comfortable.
No microwave oven. I missed it. The kitchen is a bit too small. There is only 1 toilet for 6 people. Not really optimal.

Exceptional
The location because of the vicinity to ski lifts and buses for other pistes. Also it was prepared for a group of friends by color-coded towels and different sizes. And there was plenty hangers for drying clothes, towels, and other ski stuff.
Lack of knives in the kitchen and no lock for the bathroom.

Perfect location for those, who want to enjoy ski&therme!
The apartament is in the perfect location, directly opposite to Romerbad, 100 m from Kaiserburgbahn and just near the lovely Sporting Cafe, which I highly recommend to visit for morning espresso. In the apartament is everything, which might be neccessery: hairdryer, overflow coffee maker, toster, vaccum cleaner etc. With separate bedroom and huge leaving room with big balcony it is really comfy for a family.

Great apartment, ideal location! Everything what you need for your family or friends holidays!
Great apartment! Just 2 min from main ski lift - gondola and Thermal bath! Just across the street. The apartment was very clean and equipped with all necessary items! We very appreciated washing machine and dish washing machine as well private car parking in courtyard. Please get in touch with owners regarding ski pass. They can arrange them with Thermal bath included for the same rate! ;) We strongly recommend!

Great location - near the cableway. Beautiful view, comfortable suite. A shop 500m distant. Combined ski card with visit spa Römerbad.
Refrigerator without freezer !!!
