Aunque no está en el centro, tiene buena situación, al lado de la estación de Prater, a 2-3 paradas del centro en metro.
Apartamento amplio y luminoso con lo básico para alojarte. Camas cómodas, limpieza correcta.. Agradecimos que hubiera rollo de cocina, bolsas de basura extras y papel wc extra. Salón comedor amplio y cómodo.
El acceso a la vivienda estaba bastante descuidado aunque tenía ascensor.
Quisimos poner la lavadora pero no había tendedero.
A la cocina le haría falta una mesa o algo más de espacio. Salero y azucarera vacíos, cuando uno viaja en avión no suele comprar esas cosas y la verdad son útiles.

Apartament nowocześnie urzadzony, ma klimatyzację .Czysty.W kuchni jest płyta elektryczna, czajnik, mikrofalówka ,suszarka do włosów w łazience oraz pralka.
Mieszkanie znajduje się na 2 pietrze.W budynnku jest winda.Niedaleko jest metro, tam sklep Billa, a za nim Wesołe miasteczko Prater.
Ogolnie jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni..
Wszystko nam się podobało, gdyby nie to ze personel nie przygotowal nam pościeli na 5 osób.Przyszlismy do apartamentu bardzo póżno .Zorientowaliśmy się gdy mieliśmy kłaśc się spać.Na drugi dzień po naszej informacji dali nam posciel..Mimo wszystko polecam apartament.

Klimaanlage, Ausreichend Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Ruhig, Vermieter freundlich und bemüht.
Das Gebäude selbst befindet sich in einem sehr verwahrlosten Zustand. Das Apartment wurde zwar offensichtlich kürzlich saniert und renoviert, allerdings weist es schon wieder zahlreiche Defekte und Mängel auf. Der Vermieter zeigte sich zwar bemüht, konnte die Mängel während meines nur viertägigen Aufenthalts natürlich nicht beheben.
