The location was great. There were grocery stores, subway and train station nearby. The room had air conditioning
The floors were dirty and the furniture was very worn. There was always something wrong with the hot water. There were no proper tools for cooking

SPACIOUS!!! Good for families. Loved it, it is literally 2min walk from train station and easy access to central Vienna. The apartment was so good for my family, had everything we needed, supermarket is at the train station so we could buy groceries and cook. Great for the price. Good view from the bedroom window, has balcony nice cold air. Everything was really good for the price. Easy to access. Bed so comfortable.
Nothing to not like. But you do need to get your own toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, hand soap, laundry detergent. The apartment comes as is not extras essentials. But it’s still good for the price.

The location is very good central and close to the train and metro station. Supermarket close by as well
There was not enough cutleries to cater for 8 people - there was only 1 spoon. No kitchen towels, the water stopper for both the bath and sink did not work. No broom to sweep floor from any debris.

Best ever location in Vienna, perfect when you are on a bicycle trip plus want to enjoy the city
None of my questions were answered by the hosts (later on explained they had a company server issue). we had 3 blankets although we were 4 people. There was only a half roll of toilet paper so we had to buy. The apartment is clearly not cleaned (only the minimum: floors, kitchen and bathroom), lots of spider webs etc., the shades were damaged - you can see that since it ws built, there wasn't a euro spent on maintenance or renewal
