Good location, very clean and nice to have a little balcony.
There is some noise from the tram that runs right underneath the bedroom window. The sleeping bench is very squeaky so I would recommend the apartment for 2 people instead of more.

The only positive was the location near the city center.
We booked a suite with a double bed and a sofa bed for two nights, but the sofa bed was old, creaky, and impossible to sleep on. With one of the two fans broken and the hot weather, both nights were extremely uncomfortable. We tried contacting customer service via phone and messages, but got no response. It was a very challenging stay.
