The location is phenomenal. The rooms were spacious. The building and area felt very safe, even late at night. The neighbors offered us help, too - overall a very positive experience.
There is no real airconditioning - there's a small indoor unit which if you sit DIRECTLY in front of it, shirtless, just after a shower, you will feel a breeze that's somewhat cool. I know that across europe that's a problem everywhere, somehow Europeans think AC is dangerous while migrants aren't - but if you're looking for real A/C, this isnt your place.

The aparment is very big. The layout is perfect. The tv is especially good. Beds are very comfortable, and spacious. The kitchen would be good to cook proper meals.
The shower either runs quite cold, or extremely hot. Also, it isnt mounted, you have to hold it the whole time. Some thungs in the aparment do really need to be upgraded since time has worn on them.

bien situé géographiquement , Commerces à proximité, Metro proche, vielle ville très proche,
placards encombrés de linge donc inutilisables, deux chambres sur le descriptif alors que l'un des lits est dans le salon, pas de lave linge (contrairement à l'annonce). Clim sur la table et inefficace, environnement bruyant
