Apartamento Deluxe 2 habitaciones a 5 min de Catedral, Giralda y Alcázar Balcón privado

Great location, clean, comfortable, with the balcony adding a lovely light, airy aspect.

The location is amazing! The apartment itself is beautiful and comfortable. The communication with host was good.

Unfortunately I found some black hair in bathrobes and blankets. Not sure if it was a lack of cleaning or after a cleaning lady. Another thing I would highly recommend to check and fix- some flies in the apartment, especially in a bathroom. They didn’t bite, but more and more were appearing. After googling it looks like those are the bugs from drains and pipes. No ventilation in the bathroom/toilet

La ubicación es genial a 5 minutos de la giralda, el apartamento está muy nuevo, es muy bonito, está súper cuidado y en general todo es muy cómodo.

A veces hay mucho ruido de la calle, que aunque sea inevitable se escucha bastante, y para subir las escaleras con una maleta muy grande es un poco difícil

Het is een prima appartement. Echter in de advertentie staat dat je als gast een fles wijn ontvangt, en dat er gratis shuttleservice en parking wordt aangeboden. Dit blijkt uit navraag niet te kloppen. Hoewel er sprake kan zijn van een misverstand had ik een vriendelijke reactie (excuus) op prijs gesteld. De verhuurder communiceert zonder naam en blijft voor de huurder anoniem waardoor je niet weet met wie je communiceert. Dat maakt de beleving minder aangenaam en onpersoonlijk. Hoewel een mooi appartement op een leuke plek worden verkeerde lokkers gebruikt en blijft attente communicatie uit.
